Which cities are free for connection tickets?
Residents in Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, San Jose could expect a direct flight to China.
Residents in the following cities will get free connection tickets from their homes to the nearest international airport in the U.S.:
Denver, Portland, Las Vegas, San Diego, Sacramento, Atlanta, Boston, Phoenix, Washington D.C., Raleigh, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Baltimore, Dallas, Salt Lake City, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Southwest Florida, Minneapolis, Houston, Honolulu
What type of documentation or ID do I need to bring while traveling to China?
For citizens in the US, Canada, and Mexico, you need to bring your passport & a valid Chinese Traveling Visa with you. If you are holding a passport from another country, please also bring your P.R.Card or any valid traveling permit with you in order to return these countries mentioned above after your trip.
We recommend you to start to apply for a Chinese visa at the time you received your Travel Package from us. It is usually happened 6 weeks before your departure. We will send a notification email to you at that time with detail instructions.
What is 10% Displeasure Instant Money Back policy?
We fully understand each and every customer has his/her own opinion on the satisfaction of a travel experience.
Thus, if you found anything unsatisfied with your trip, please keep evidence (photos, video, or voice record) and send it back after your trip, we will immediately pay you back 10% of your trip cost as compensation.
Those pieces of evidence you sent will help us to keep improving our local services. After receiving 10% of your travel costs, we will continue to investigate and keep in touch with you for further notice and/or compensation.
How do you guarantee Full Tour Fee Refund? How does it work?
In our experience, 1% of our customers could not make their trip for their own reasons. In order to reduce your risks of traveling and lower your potential cost, we guarantee to return almost 100% of your trip cost except for online transaction cost if conditions below are matched:
- You apply to cancel your trip within 15 days since your first payment;
- Your departure date is at least 6 weeks ahead of when you apply to cancel it;
- Your international air tickets have not been issued and sent to you.
If only one or two conditions are matched, you will still be able to get back part of your payments with rational reasons.
